Open to the public, La Playa Beach Club located about 10 minutes north of Akumal right before the Copacabana Beach Resort in Xpu Ha, Mexico rents out wave runners. In addition to water craft rentals this restaurant/beach club offers food, cocktails, lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. This beach club does not accept credit cards so bring cash/pesos.
