The Pok-Ta-Pok Golf Course is an 18 hole, Par 72 championship course that was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The course is located on the lagoon side of the hotel zone and it’s the oldest course in Cancun. Snuggled between the Nichupte Lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, Pok-Ta-Pok boasts many holes with both ocean and lagoon views. Tall bush-like flowers called txoras and tulipanes are scattered throughout the course in celebration of the bright Mexican colors of red, yellow and pink. The course features include large bunkers and sloping greens. Rates start at $75 for 18 including a cart. They also offer special twilight rates after 3pm.
